James Cox at Acclaimed Inspections, LLC performed a home inspection of a 1940’s house I am looking to purchase in Jacksonville, FL. He did a home inspection, WDO inspection, and crawl space/foundation inspection. Jimmy was thorough and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and explained everything he was seeing as he was going through it and summarized things for me at the end. The final report was also very detailed and highlighted everything that would likely be an issue on the 4-point report for insurance agencies. I highly recommend this company and Jimmy in particular.

He was very thorough. He went over all of his findings and made sure that we not only understood the issues, but if they would be a concern in the future and gave us examples of how we could address them. He came back and did our re-inspections as well, making sure that the jobs had been corrected completely. After the first home inspection I knew we had picked the right guy for us. The quality he provided within his reports with every section broken down and pictures to reference made it very clear and understandable. We highly recommend James Cox and Acclaimed Inspections LLC.

And although my wife and I were late for our meeting with Jimmy after the inspection, he still took the time to patiently walk us through the home explaining what he had found and answering our questions.
